MY EXPERIENCE IN SFC

Being part of the team Sungiven Foods Canada (SFC) as a graphic designer in my career, I was able to bring along the creative strategies to produce important visuals for all 9 stores across Vancouver. My works involve transforming ideas based on project outlines into a creative meaningful result to deliver brand message to local valued customers. With the array of design tools applied and the strong relationships I’ve built with customers and colleagues, I was able to produce 2D computer illustrations and graphics to achieve goals that focused on channeling an emphasis on "more natural" neighborly grocery stores.

PRODUCT MARKETING

 I am thrilled to be in the role in SFC marketing team to take product pictures and displays foods products in a more natural settings to deliver brand message.

In this project, I need to on-site visit the grocery store, individually finished the photoshooting with an organized list of items; so that it matched with the theme of the upcoming marketing plans. Bring back the picture collection to office's computer to continue photo editing, social-media post planning and following up with execution with the store staffs.

VISUAL PRODUTION

This project is to fun to work with, visual presentation includes 2D illustrations posters and motion graphics in video production could greatly help introducing the private brand products to our dearly customers' sights.

  • The customers who are on social media, not merely could easily and quickly learn the key selling point of this featured product, but also given a propelling suggestion to cook healthy foods with natural Sungiven Foods! 

  • The project begans with merchandising team documentation and support, as a working duo, we took responsibility of the assigned tasks based on our specialities and move swiftly on project collaboration. In the pre-production part, I like to make script or storyboard to organize my concept, further to ensure any logical hierarchy. It also benefit to photographer of how to operate the camera to get the ideated imagery. My post-production could start after video materials are ready. With the storyboard and documentations, I edit video with CapCut, I could add in more effects and shot-styles to accelerate the whole video appearance. Then merchandising and marketing team could review feedback and collaborate together to boost the video even further on its promotion pathway.

  • When the video was released, I'd always wanted to improve, and so I made a point of carving out time after work and on the weekends to see the market's reaction and customer feedbacks too.

SUNGIVENFOODS X BRIDGE FESTIVAL

Sungiven Foods was honoured to have partnered as a main event sponsor with the West Vancouver Bridge Festival and welcome more than 20,000 participants during this celebration — The design team and I was able to hold creative activities and to connect with our community, and create unforgettable experience toward SFC products and brands. Situating the corporation a strengthen relationships with larger scale of locals.

Planned and prepared strategic meetup and conference with Vegan Brand --- Daiya. Communicate and discuss the fundamental of successful business modes. Tighten bonding relationships between likeminded corporations.

The top photo was Upick blueberry event, which was a cross collaboration joining local farm. Two pictures at the bottom is Halloween Fun activity hosted in SungivenFoods North Vancouver. Customers in families sharing balloon during this special holiday moments.
